Differences between classic guitar and folk guitar

Acoustic guitars is a popular musical instrument in present time, with inexpensive price lots people can buy it.
 
 Talking about acoustic intrument there are two type of full-acoustic, the classical and the folk guitars.
 
 For expert it seem not so hard to identify that type, but there are some people or maybe you too, don't know exactly about it, so what de differen of classical and folk guitar?

 Because using nylon string, this type had string tension more low. Giving easies to finger to press string without hurt.

 The folk guitar is more newes come out and develope, almost all popular acoustic is this type.  This type apperance had lots model, such as dreadnought, cutaway, and jumbos. The fretboard is slimmer than classic type, and the tension of string more high too, so finger need more pressure power to play this type.
 
 Almost all modern song such as jazz, country, rock etc.. Are use this guitars, causing this type more popular and lots of people had know technique to play it.
 
 Rather than classic type wich only few people mastering the technique. So the point is, almost any song can playing so good using folk guitar.

 The folk type is using steel string, it's havimg more clear, bright and chirpy sound and very good for play metal and jazz song.
 
 But this type is more difficult to play because your finger need press string strong enough. Best for you if you want to play metal, jazz. Hawaiian music or other modern songs.

 Neck and fretboard is where your left hand playing, the neck and fretboard of every brand have variation width, mostly classic type is more width and folk more slim.
 
 For best choice make sure you choosing neck guitar have width area that your left hand finger can comfortable and play easily, don't choose if your finger feel not comfortable and hard to playing.
 
 3. Sound quality
 Checking sound quality is important and the only way is you play the guitar and hear the sound, play all fret of guitar and make sure there no false tone.
